The Franciscan Telfs /LINK/ located in the center of the municipality in the district Innsbruck country Telfs in Tirol in Austria. The town lies 27 km west of Innsbruck in a basin-like expansion of the Inn Valley at the foot of the Hohe Munde peak.

The Franciscan monastery was at the beginning of the 18th Century at the instigation of Francis Upper Perger, the pastor of Telfs, and the noble families and Schölling Sterzinger founded.
